Our Drone Fleet

Vermont Drone flies more than several dozen custom-modified or hand-built versions of the following multirotor aircraft:

  • Hand-built Professional Hexacopters, Octocopters, and Decacopters

We have three six-propellers, one eight-propeller, and one ten-propeller multicopters which we hand-built.

They can be quickly modified to carry all types of payload and can support take-off payload weights from zero to 42.5 pounds. Each features a two-operator capability allowing our experienced pilots to concentrate on flying, while our professional photographers focus on photography/cinematography.

Each can be fitted with our custom-built 3-axis (3D), dampened and stabilized gimbals which can mount any one of our professional Hasselblad medium format cameras, Nikon or Sony Full Frame cameras, Nikon or Sony APS-C Frame cameras, Sony or Samsung mirrorless cameras, a professional RED camera, or a Flir thermal camera. We can also fully support your own Canon or Red Cameras.

Cameras can be fitted with professional lenses weighing up to several pounds. This includes, but is not limited to, image stabilized 15-60mm zoom lens or a 10mm f/3.5, 14mm f/2.8, 24mm f/1.4, 30mm f/2.8, 35mm f/1.4, or 50mm f/1.4 prime lens. Your lenses up 50mm are probably fully supported already or we can usually add support within a few days.

Used primarily for Photography and Cinematography, Filmmaking, TV/Movie, and Ad production.

  • Hand-built CineWhoop, Cine3D, and Cine360° Quadcopter Drones

We custom-built these for either an Insta360 One R Dual Lens, Insta360 One R 1-inch, Insta360 Go 2, GoPro Hero9, Hero8 Black, GoPro Hero7 Black, or GoPro Hero Max camera.

Our CineWhoops range from frisbee sized to so ridiculously small and light, that they’re no bigger than a kid-size fast food burger and bun. These quadcopters are ideal for indoor flights but also great outdoors on calm days. In the hands of our expert pilots, they provide smooth and sharp UHD video even at high speeds.

Our Cine3Ds are capable of flips with sustained inverted flight, high-speed flights, tic toc’s, and many other 3D maneuvers that can almost bend the law of physics and defy gravity for extreme action, “chase”, or fighter pilot first-person view style videos.

Our Cine360° drones capture unobstructed 360° videos for action, VR, and other 360° applications or marketing. They can also capture 360° photos for social media or marketing.

As with all our other drones, the camera view is fully unobscured with all these drones. We custom-designed each to not capture any part of the quadcopter or its props within the frame. Even with our 360° camera Cine360° drones! This is an extreme rarity in the industry.

We can fly our CineWhoops and Cine3600°s around and over people, indoors or out, and even in close quarters, tight, and confined spaces. Our Cine3Ds can be flown outdoors or in large indoor spaces.

Used primarily for Cinematography, Filmmaking, TV/Movie, and Ad production.

  • DJI MAVIC 3E Quadcopters

The most advanced light and compact quadcopter with a mechanical shutter, a 56× zoom camera, and an RTK module for centimeter-level precision.

We primarily use them for our data collection services including, but not limited to, documentation, inspection, mapping, construction, or search.

  • DJI MAVIC 3T Quadcopters

The most advanced light and compact quadcopter with Dual Visible & High-resolution Radiometric Thermal Sensors.

We primarily use them for our data collection services including, but not limited to, documentation, inspection, mapping, construction, or search.

  • DJI Matrice 300 RTK with Dual Remotes

The ultimate enterprise platform for aerial productivity and cinematography. They combine a rugged design and simple configurability to work as a solution for a variety of applications from film/tv production to construction and mapping. Can be configured for customizable payloads, dual downward gimbal cameras, single upward gimbal cameras, enhanced intelligent control systems, and RTK GPS.

We primarily use them for our data collection services including, but not limited to, data collection, documentation, inspection, mapping, construction, or search. Also Cinematography, Filmmaking, TV/Movie, and Ad production.

  • DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced Quadcopters

Light and compact quadcopter with Dual Visible & High-resolution Radiometric Thermal Sensors.

We primarily use them for our data collection services including, but not limited to, documentation, inspection, mapping, construction, or search.

  • DJI Inspire 2 Pro with Dual Remotes

Inspire 2 takes everything good about Inspire 1 and improves it greatly. They are the workhorses of our fleet due to their professional feature set, extreme agility, quick pre-flighting, long flight time, and flexibility.

It can go from 0 to 50 mph in just 5 seconds and hits a maximum speed of 58 mph. It has a max descent speed of 9m/s for unheard-of speed and agility in an aircraft this size. A dual battery system prolongs the flight time to a maximum of 27 minutes, while self-heating technology allows it to fly even in low temperatures.

Each features unobstructed 360° capture. Its two-operator capability allows one of our experienced pilots to concentrate on flying, while our professional photographer focuses on photography/cinematography.

    Each can fly with a DJI X7 or X5S camera with one of our Leica 15mm (30mm equivalent) f/1.7 professional lenses, an Olympus 12mm (24mm) f/2.0 professional lens, Olympus M.Zuiko 14-42mm (28-84mm) f/3.5-5.6 zoom lens, Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 25mm (50mm) f/1.8 professional lens, or an Olympus M.Zuiko 45mm (90mm) f1.8 professional lens.

We can fly them indoors or out, and even in higher wind conditions.

Used primarily for Cinematography, Filmmaking, TV/Movie, and Ad production.

  • DJI Mavic 3 Quadcopters

Equipped with a professional-grade 4/3 CMOS sensor from iconic Swedish brand Hasselblad. Hasselblad standards are applied to both hardware performance and software algorithms, bringing imaging quality to an entirely new level. Also provides exceptional low-light performance.

Primarily used for Photography and Cinematography.

  • DJI Air 2S Quadcopters

Smaller than the Mavic 3 and 3 Enterprise, the Air 2S offers a fantastic high-quality 1-inch image sensor with large 2.4μm pixels.

Primarily used for Photography and Cinematography.

  • DJI Mini 3 Pro Quadcopters

Ridiculously quiet, small, and light, the Mini 3 Pro has become our favorite quadcopter for indoor cinematography, especially around or over people. In the hands of our expert pilots, its integrated camera with a 3-axis (3D) gimbal produces super steady, sharp, and versatile 4k video.

We can fly them indoors or out, and even in close quarters and tight spaces.

We primarily use them for indoor Photography and Cinematography.

  • DJI Mini 2 Quadcopters

The Mini 2 is an ideal quadcopter for indoor cinematography in dangerously close quarters and tight spaces.

We primarily use them for indoor Photography and Cinematography.

  • DJI Phantom 4 Professional Quadcopters

More compact than the Inspires, this four-propeller RC helicopter also features a very high quality, Sony stabilized 4K Video Camera with a 1″ CMOS sensor and an integrated 3-axis (3D) gimbal.

We can fly them indoors or out and even in close quarters.

We primarily use them for Photography and Cinematography.
