VTDrone Shop Terms and Conditions of Sale

General

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Shipping

We strive to get all orders out as quickly as humanly possible. If you have any issues with a product arriving on time, please contact us for assistance.

Any risk of loss for items purchased from our website is passed to you upon delivery of items. When orders are placed, it is to be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions specified herein. It is your responsibility to file any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Please note all packages valued over $100 are fully insured and may be shipped with an adult signature required.

Items will only be shipped to confirmed shipping addresses when payment is made via Paypal. Payments made via Credit Card will only ship to the billing address on file with the Credit Card Company.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively in person or online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

To prevent fraudulent purchases, we may attempt to contact buyers via e-mail or phone for verification information. This may include a copy of your ID AND credit card OR a 6-digit approval number assigned by the credit card issuer for every individual purchase. The buyers will have 10 days to respond with the verification information after we have attempted to contact them.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

FLIR Thermal cameras restrictions:

The product is Export Controlled and is for Commercial purposes only. All buyers from the United States shall agree

  1. NOT to export the product out of the US and use it only within the US for commercial purposes only AND
  2. That the product will NOT be used in the design, development, production, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missiles.

If you are located outside of the United States of America and Canada, an end-user statement on company letterhead, signed by an officer of your company must accompany an order. For 30Hz cameras, an Export License is required and will take approximately 60-90 days ARO. In cases where 9Hz cameras are quoted and purchased outside the United States of America and Canada, an end-user statement is also required but may not need an Export License. End-user statements must include the following statement:

  1. These commodities are for commercial use only.
  2. They will NOT be used in the design, development, production, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missiles.

Your order may be declined and refunded if we cannot verify the end-user statements.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange Policy for DJI Products:
DJI guarantees that subject to the following conditions, refund and exchange can be requested within 7 working days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchase date (subject to the actual date the product was received). Please contact DJI to initiate or for more details of the services:

Exchange can be requested under one of the following conditions:

  1. Product has sustained damage in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked with the presence of the courier.
  2. Misrepresentation of the product purchased based on the original description of the product.
  3. Manufacturing defect(s).

Refund can be requested under one of the following conditions:

  1. When not being used, manufacturing defect of the product was found within 7 working days of receipt.
  2. Product has been exchanged once but still has manufacturing defects.
  3. Product was received 5 working days passed the guaranteed delivery date due to external factors.

Refund and/or Exchange cannot be requested under one of the following conditions:

  1. Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit of the product.
  2. Refund or exchange is requested after 7 working days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of purchase (since the actual date the product was received).
  3. Product sent in for refund or exchange, not including all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or with damage on any part of the product.
  4. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to be provided or have been forged or tampered with.
  5. Product held no manufacturing defects after testing made by DJI Technical Support.
  6. Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation, or operation.
  7. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
  8. Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to fire, flood, high wind strength, and lightning strike.

Please note: You must contact and deal with DJI as we are not authorized to directly handle DJI returns or exchanges.

Refund and Exchange Policy for Non-DJI Products
We strive to provide an excellent customer experience. We will do everything possible within our capacity to ensure our customers are satisfied.

All non-DJI products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with an approved RMA number. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box or packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items that have been previously flown, used, or show any sign of wear will not be accepted. Items received that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. At our sole discretion of us, exceptions may be made to this policy with a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.

Items that arrive DOA may be exchanged within 7 business days at the sole discretion of us for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. After this period all warranty requests must be directed to the manufacturer.

Returns are voided if any product packaging is opened, any of the boards are tampered with or if a customer installs or modifies any parts/pieces of their products.

To receive an RMA number, please have your sales receipt ready and complete the online RMA form. A representative will respond to your RMA request within 24 business hours.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days. You should receive the credit within 2-30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We accept no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a product failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity MUST be properly observed in hooking up electrical components. Fuses must be used with all electrical components where indicated.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD

Most products sold by us are guaranteed against defects for the period specified by the manufacturer. The warranty on products does not cover damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. We are not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to persons or property from the use of any equipment purchased from us.

You agree to contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty claims. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, we make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind concerning products sold by us. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind concerning products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By placing an order, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to VTDrone arising from any product sold by VTDrone shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall VTDrone, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to the product sold. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under no circumstances whatsoever shall VTDrone be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of profit or the loss of any other form of financial or non-financial benefit; loss of use of or damage to any property; work stoppage; any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage; costs; expenses; and other compensation claims), arising out of or in connection with the sale of any product (including any misrepresentation (unless fraudulent); any breach of an implied or express warranty, condition or another term; or any breach of a common law duty), in an amount exceeding the price of the product giving rise to the claim, except as expressly agreed in writing by us.
